The boys are really starting to show preferences and just plain quirkiness. Thought I would share a few of them....
Hagen likes his hat facing forward (and very low, almost covering his eyes) and Mason likes his hat facing backwards.
Mason will only take the blue blanket ... we have blue, yellow, and green - but only blue will do for him. Hagen doesn't really care and he isn't nearly as attached to his blanket as Mason is. (I think I have posted this picture before, I just didn't have a more recent one of him with his blanket.)

But just the other day, Mason became really attached to ... his stuffed penguin. He wanted to take it to church with him - but we made him leave it in the car.

He has been cracking us up with his new found friend! The penguin also has to sleep with him. It is so cute - he lays the penguin down, then throws his head on him, using him like a pillow.

Hagen LOVES walking around in my shoes (Daddy's also, but my shoes make more noise than his). But what makes this even quirkier is he has to have them on the correct feet. It is so funny! If he only has two left shoes, he will only put on one.

Here he is with two different shoes, but they are on the correct feet.

Hagen's other love - KEYS. The boy finds them, anywhere and everywhere... he has been known to dig in purses and search on top of the washer and counter tops. When he has them, he goes around 'starting' his tricycle, 'unlocking' doors, and sorting through them. It is hilarious to watch!

And, Mason is all about imitating us now... so the other day I told him not to do something and I got a look something like this...

We started calling it 'Mason's mean face'. He thinks it is hilarious to do it (as well as us). I pointed out to Jeremy that he got the idea for the look from somewhere.... I guess he sees our 'mean face' alot. ;-)
